We will sit together and informally chat
Those who are over 18 years old and who identify as Neurodivergent (such as: Autistic, ADHD, Dyslexia, Tourette’s, Dyscalculia, Dyspraxia or Dysgraphia). Unfortunately we cannot accommodate those with a Learning Disability, however there are other opportunities for that group locally contact the Local Area Co-ordinators at LACs@eastdunbarton.gov.uk
No formal diagnosis needed.

On the last Tuesday of each month, from 4:30-5:30pm
If you want to attend the group, you need to follow the group agreement of:
- Keep any information shared as confidential
- You must not attend if you are under the influence of illicit drugs or alcohol
- Have respect for everyone in the group & try to be non-judgemental
- Try to keep the group a safe environment (i.e. don’t ask for money or medication, or anything that puts someone in an awkward situation)
- Try to include everyone
- Remember that we are here for informal chat only and not professional advice.

We want to keep conversation light-hearted and friendly. We want to ensure this is a safe environment for everyone to feel included, so please try to refrain from discussing anything too personal, political or anything of a sensitive nature.
No, the group is for informal conversation only. If you are in need of any professional help or advice you can contact the Local Area Co-ordinator team – LACs@eastdunbarton.gov.uk
No, you are not permitted to drink alcohol during our meeting. If you would like to have an alcoholic drink, you can stay to have one after the group is finished.

As this is a Neurodivergent-only space, they are not able to sit with the group however they would be welcome to sit elsewhere in the Puffer
