Strategies and plans

The HSCP's Strategic Plan outlines how the Partnership aims to improve the health and wellbeing of adults and children in East Dunbartonshire through the design and delivery of improved integrated health and social care arrangements and services.

The Strategic Plan sets out the direction of travel and highlights the key priorities. These priorities are owned by everyone in the Partnership with contributions at individual, team and leadership levels through the organisational alignment of our planning processes.

All plans and strategies for the HSCP will link to the strategic objectives, strategic enablers and commitments set out in our Strategic Plan.
